2-Tracks welders history , repairs and NDT rates and Daily Welded Joints
3-Provides a variety of reports for overall job status like welders performance, NDT performance, NDT Control Sheet for Drawing Selected, welding details for welders and Materials and Project progress.
4-Calculate the Welding deposited Electrode Required From Isometric details and WPS Applied, already done and The Remaining sorted by Electrode Type, WPS, Material,
5-Record the traceability of fitting welded details such as Heat no , Serial No , Material Identification and size for ( Pipe , Elbow, Flange , ……..) and report a traceability report for material per drawing and provide a balance of fitting used and remaining “Material Control”
6- Record the Electrode Rod Traceability if Required
7- Maintains all NDT “RT, MT, PT, Hardness Test, and PWHT Requirement per project, done and Backlog
8- Notify you of unqualified welders if repairs Rate approach specific Rate or welders used un qualified procedure or material
9-Maintain report concerning planning (How many weld welded, how many inches, and remaining sorting by area, Material, Fabrication and Erection, Module, Diameter, Piping Class , ……).
10-Ability to calculate The Project progress with according to Weights if required.
