  |Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards & quality program requirements
  
  | Managing the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) for construction, execution, inspection documentation, and QA/QC activities.
  
  | Review relevant Inspection and Test Plan “ITP”, all welding procedures specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR's) and NDT, PWHT and others Procedures for acceptance regarding to Project specification and applicable code
  
  | Coordinate and Lead welding inspectors, NDT and PWHT Technician Team for project.
  
  | Control the NDT and PWHT Status ,Calculate NDT and PWHT required Per Project , done and remaining , Repair Percentage , welders performance and take the corrective action if required
  
  | Preparing “Test package “, following up test package ,welding progress per drawing , NDT Status , Release for hydro test and make a control of punch list
  
  | Familiar with code and standard such as CSA, ABSA , ASME, ASTM and API
  
  | Field of experience is in Construction of gas plant, pipeline, Electrical Power Station, petrochemical and oil Refinery industries projects
  

  | Performing internal audits ,Provide , oversee, inspection activity throughout production cycle Non-conformance management – initiating, tracking, resolution and closure
  
  | Review all welding materials control, material segregation, traceability, welding electrode, and PWHT and NDT procedures for compliance with project requirements and specifications
  
  | Collect welding statistical information for quality, welder’s information, welder’s repairs rate and project progress management and advice the corrective action for nonconformance records
  
  | Prepare isometric weld maps to track welds on the piping system and issue to the shop for marking and track welds , NDT , PWHT and Material traceability on the piping system for each lines class
  
  | Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
  
  | Attend the periodically meeting for quality and Progress and provide all data required concerning the quality, NDT, PWHT, Repair Rate for Welders and Project, Project progress and project status based on “Welds Tracking System”. See Details Below
